ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By submitting this consultation request and visiting The Salon Farm, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that farm activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to: interaction with animals, uneven terrain, outdoor elements, and agricultural equipment.

2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting and participating in activities at The Salon Farm, whether known or unknown.

3. I agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Salon Farm, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

4. I agree to follow all posted rules, instructions from staff, and exercise reasonable caution during my visit.

5. I understand that The Salon Farm reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who does not comply with safety guidelines.

6. I acknowledge that this waiver applies to myself and any minors under my supervision.

This agreement shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
